We bought our fridge December 14. We downsized from 25 cubic feet. Im loving it but for two things. My old crisper drawers had humidity levers on it and I miss that. The only other thing is my old fridge had a towel bar on the freezer. My LG doesnt and I still find myself walking over to hang a dish towel. Otherwise Im impressed.

I really love my refrigerator. It has a lot more room than my first one. I love the little drawer at the bottom of the shelves. The freezer has a light in it that I never had before. The ice maker is much bigger than Ive had. Love it.

It looks good and works fine but it feels cheaply made. The door handles are not metal but some kind of plastic. The produce drawers feels small. I can barely put a head of lettuce and a cauliflower in the same drawer. I guess in todays world that is what 1500 gets you.

Bought directly from LG. Valid promo entered but then not applied by LG. Many emails and calls to LG including customer service sales and Englewood Cliffs headquarters. Promised call backs by a supervisor several times---never happened. Put on extended holds---no one came back to the phone. Left messages at Englewood Cliffs a number of times. Not even an operator answers. No call backs. Buyers beware?

I am unable to review the product as it has not arrived. It was estimated to be delivered on 12/6 and I have received zero communication from LG or the rd party delivery company RXO. I have spent countless hours trying to get this resolved and nobody seems to care. Buyer beware.

I selected this refrigerator after researching consumer ratings and recognizing the LG reputation for reliability. It was also the perfect size for our restricted space. At this point it is performing perfectly and we love the use of the mobile app to monitor and interface with the refrigerator.

I bought the french door refrigerator in April and in early December thr freezer stopped freezing and the fridge stopped cooling. Thr compressor was replaced along with the pcb. Still not working. This is unacceptable and ridiculous for an appliance that is less than 8 months old not to work.

We purchased the refrigerator in November 2024. It is our first french door model. We are not pleased with the narrow opening available when both doors are fully open and the less than full extension of the top freezer compartment.

Honestly this refrigerator does not meet our needs. At Lowes my wife and I should have paid more attention to the interior the arrangement of shelves and compartments in the doors. As for the freezer we are satisfied with it.

I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of this refrigerator. The stainless steel is very shiny and looks modern. The interior space usage is superb. Fits snugly in a 33 wide opening. Highly recommend

I love my new refrigerator but would not buy directly from LG.com again. They dont price match and the refrigerator went on sale three days after I purchased. Had I purchased it from Home Depot they would have honored the sale price. Delivery took longer than indicated at the time of pirchase and although it indicated it would be delivered the Saturday after it was purchased the only options for delivery were Tuesdays and Fridays. Delivery service was so-so at best. They did not have the tools necessary to remove the doors on the old refrigerator. In addition I was not asked or given tbe opportunity to inspect it--they just packed up and left without a word. They
left plastic and tape on the new one along with Styrofoam between the shelves and there were dents in the delivered appliance.

We love this fridge. It is virtually silent This is important to us since our kitchen area is also our office to some extent. Icemaker works great temperature control is good drawers are solid and we are surprised by how much we like the French door design because of the wide left to right shelves. The narrower 33 width saved the day for us due to our kitchens difficult layout. And the stainless steel appearance is bright and cheerful versus the dark gray stainless shade used by GE and other brands increasingly.

Poor rating provided due to product performance and subsequent repair service.
Performance: Extensive condensation with recommended settings found the bread and vegetables along with other containers wet.
Service: The technician did not find any obvious problem. He explained that it was due to Physics I have had other refrigerators with never such issues.
Appointment with LG set up and cancelled with no prior notification. I have a full time job and had to take time off that day.
It has been a very frustrating process and I am extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Overall I am very happy with this fridge. It looks good works well and makes a lot of ice that is a really good size and texture. My only criticism is that there is really nowhere to opt a large pitcher without giving up some other space. The deep door shelves are a nice size in theory but the side piece around the shelf is so tall that it can be hard to put things on the shelf. The drink shelf will accommodate a bottle almost 12 tall but the opening you have to fit it through is only 8 high so pitchers that are open on top cant be fit through it. If you the second shelf down so it has more space there was s not much room to fit things through for the first shelf. See pics.to make the bottom space taller that shelf then only has a narrow space to fit food through. There is no half shelf in the fridge and all the drawers mean vertical space is limited so again to space the shelves so a pitcher fits on one require another to be very close to the one above it. I am describing this in detail because the functionality of this fridge really depends on what you want to put in it. If you have a lot of tall pitchers it is not a good choice. I do stress that tall bottles fit because you insert them at an angle. Otherwise I really love this appliance. This fridge really needs a split shelf so half can be raised and I hope the manufacturer considers it..

Exactly what we wanted. LG quality smaller footprint ice maker in the freezer and just the right amount of drawers. Ice maker is not as loud as other reviews have stated. Ice production has been fine for our needs.

We have had this refrigerator for about two months now. We are very happy with it. I was afraid I wouldnt be able to find a three door one that would fit in the small space I had but this model fit with plenty of air flow space left over. It is so quiet that at first I didnt think it was running. The only time it makes any noise is when the ice maker drops new ice into the bin. For the size that it is there is plenty of room for all our groceries. Very happy with this purchase.

When the fridge first arrived the one vegetable drawer had marring on the front. LG support was great about having a new drawer sent out. Then we discovered the ice machine is freezing all the cubes into a mass. Tech support is sending us a new ice machine that well be installing ourselves. They say its super easy to install. Crossing our fingers Weve had the fridge 2 weeks. So far its keeping everything cold and fresh.

Fridge stopped working 1 month after delivery. LG took over a month trying to find a service repairman and finally gave up and said they would provide a new fridge. Now another couple weeks later after receiving a text that confirmed delivery yesterday they didnt show. Instead of making delivery today they only offer a date another week out which doesnt work for me. This has been a horrible experience thats not over yet. Im out $1500 and havent had a fridge since early July. Doesnt appear that LG cares much

I have had this refrigerator for about 2 months and I couldnt be more satisfied with it. It is beautiful and I dont find the stainless steel hard to keep clean at all. It keeps the food cold evenly throughout and I love having the freezer at the bottom. This is a smaller version 21sft but is plenty large enough for 2 adults. It fit perfectly into the small space I had.

Less than 24 hours after purchasing one of the shelves shatter while adjusting it. It was replaced by LG I feel it should not have happened in the first place. The ice also melts together for lack of a better word. The freezer is set to 0 and the thermometer gives the warmest coldest and current temp and it has never gone above freezing so I dont know why the ice clumps together.

Ordered through Home Depot and it was hard finding a refrigerator that would fits the area in my in my 1970s kitchen. This one fit perfectly. Easy setup and simple design. No frills. Ice maker is quick and makes tons of great ice.

I bought a LF21G6200S counter depth French door refrigerator in mid-March. Renovating my house and unfortunately the icemaker didnt work. In April I contacted customer service to get warranty repair. Company A came out and determined it needed to be replaced. Company A ordered the part but didnt call me to schedule appointment.
I called them. Set up an appointment and they didnt show or call. Left messages that went unreturned. Scheduled a second appointment which they again didnt show or call.
Called customer service in late May related Company A issues and told them I no longer want to work with them. So now Im waiting for Company B to get the parts and schedule an appointment to do the warranty work.
I dont work from home so this has cost me 3 of my personal/vacation days so far.

I have been very pleased with the purchase. The refrigerator fits perfectly into the space with a little extra room on the sides. I love the counter depth and the way the interior is designed there is still plenty of room. The french doors open to give easy access to everything inside but do not come close to hitting anything. The design of the bottom freezer makes organization easy. The deep side compartments of the refrigerator are good for storing large and/or multiple items. The icemaker works well. I love the ability to control the temperature of the refrigerator or the freezer either manually or via my smart phone with the internet connection. It is also a great feature that this connection alerts you if necessary. The price was very reasonable for a refrigerator that in a fingerprint resistant stainless steel finish that looks good and has all the features that this one does.

My previous LG refrigerator lasted almost 16 years with just one repair needed. I miss my old fridge. I am concerned about this one. Had if for just one week. The shelves and drawers do not seem as sturdy as my previous LG fridge. Also if I open both doors at the same time it started to tilt over towards me. I do not like that it slides out of place with just opening the doors or the freezer door. I cannot find out how to lock the wheels. The counter depth would be nice but 9 inches need to hang out due to the door hinge. So it is not really counter depth.

Had the fridge for a month now and very pleased. It works well of course looks great and fits our space much better and gives the kitchen a better look with the counter depth and French door design. Customer service deserves a positive mention too. During the installation the face was bumped on a cabinet corner. With our large island and narrow spaces between that and our wall cabinets it was easy to do. Though it was just a small ding they were very helpful and sympathetic quickly sent a new door and a tech to install it few days later and even followed up with a few text messages along the way from a real person I think. As this is our third LG appliance and as this was our first interaction with the company Im comfortable that they are there if we needed and will be supportive in resolving any future issues.

The refrigerator design makes a statement that it is designed well. It is modern in appearance quiet in its operation and uses wi-fi to report any problems to you. It is also very spacious from the double door fridge to the roll out freezer. Most importantly its counter depth size uses its space efficiently.

Ice maker broke but was repaired within 3 days following the repair the refrigerator chip blew. And the entire refrigerator didnt work. Lost $300 worth of food.
