I™™ve only had this refrigerator for a little over a month but my family and I really like it. It™™s spacious; has a great water and ice feature in the door; easy temperature setting module; and easy to wipe clean and keep clean. I hope it lasts as long as the last one.

Have had the appliance 2-3 weeks now. Works fine, but we really wish we had more options for shelf locations. It also makes a lower right scraping sound every time the refrigerator door is opened or shut. We think we need a maintenance visit.

The sides are painted gray so you™™ll want it hidden by walls or cabin. Look very roomy. My old one was 14 years old and I was happy with it so I bought the same brand and model from the same store. I hope this one lasts longer

I'm very happy with my new refrigerator! It's beautiful and has plenty of room. It's working very well, including the ice maker which I know can be very difficult. I like the feature that it beeps if the door is open for too long.

I love the black color. We had a stainless steel fridge last time and it rusted where we had magnets. I like this new fridge. I just have to make sure not to overstuff the freezer. I do miss having and extra meat/cheese drawer. But I love my new fridge. I bought the 5 year extended warranty too.

Hello. She is beautiful but the doors are uneven almost 1/2 inch? Either the freezer door is to high or the fridge side is to low?? I'm not sure if the cold air is leaking out?? Could I please get it checked out?? And do you sell extra shelves for the door sides? Thank you for your time. Phil

The fridge is relatively new - but so far it has either met or exceeded our expectations. My wife loves the size of the ice cubes and the efficiency of filling a glass for a drink. Looks good, keeps food frozen or fresh and we are happy campers.

After 18 years of previous ownership of another Frigidaire side-by-side refrigerator, the brand decision to purchase another Frigidaire refrigerator was never questioned. The new side-by-side total black refrigerator is beautiful! It's attractive mirror, smudge proof fingerprint free finish compliments the other appliances as though they were purchased as a package. This refrigerator brand has proven to reliable, never having had any servicing with the previous one during our ownership of it.

I relocated in April of 2021 to a single residence back in my hometown after my husband passed away from a grueling year long battle with cancer.I now have all responsibility of maintaining my home and the last 2 years I have replaced my roof, my water heater and now my refrigerator.I discovered the refrigerator that was in the house when I bought, it was not working correctly .The freezer was thawing and the refrigerator wasn™™t cooling correctly.I immediately went to find another refrigerator, the 1st place I went to , said 4/5 days in delivery.I wasn™™t satisfied with that time frame and needed one sooner.I went to Lowe™™s and they had exactly what I needed, it was the color and price.Delivery was made the next day and after packing the things that was salvaged , in coolers, I was back in business.I bought frigidaire brand and I love it. It fit perfect in my space and made my kitchen. Look updated because of the classic design. Lots of space and I am really enjoying the water filters. I now have freshwater to drink without all the taste of the harsh additives. This is the first time I™™ve ever had to buy a refrigerator. I am retired 73-year-old on a fixed income. I am thankful for the sales associate at Lowe™™s. That helped me so much to get what I needed. You don™™t find that every day anymore.I™™ve only had the refrigerator a little over a week so I can™™t really give it review on the functionality of it except to say that it™™s taken care of my needs so far, but it is perfect for me.

My new fridge is 6 months old. A month ago, I had to call in to get a repair because it was making a LOUD motor noise and stopped cooling correctly. The HIGH TEMP error showed on the panel and it stopped cooling. The first call I had to wait 10 DAYS to get the 1st technician to analyze the issue, unacceptable when you have food to keep cold/frozen. He came for 5 minutes, said it wasn't working, ordered parts & scheduled it to be fixed IN TWO WEEKS. That is unacceptable again!! Finally after about a month, the fridge was "fixed." Well now ONCE again...it's making the loud noise and we're getting the HIGH TEMP error once again. So here I sit, on hold for 32 minutes attempting to try to talk to a customer service rep, who I probably will have issues with AGAIN.

My new Frigidaire is nice but my old Frigidaire was better. I™™d had my old one for 20 yrs and it finally ™died™ about 2 weeks ago. . The compressor was going bad. My new one doesn™™t seem to made as well as my old one and I miss not having a drawer for my deli products. I™™ll eventually get used to it but I sure am missing my old one.

Needed a replacement refrigerator when my LG unit suddenly died. This unit fit the bill perfectly, was on sale and delivered and set up the next day by Lowe's. While traditional black may not be in vogue, I was tired of constantly cleaning the stainless panels on my old unit. Very happy so far with this model.

I didn't notice the refrigerator was missing the meat drawer until after I had already starting using the refrigerator. I noticed things that are normally in the drawer like bacon and cheese were thrown all over due to the drawer missing. The shelves are not wide enough, so they continue to slip off the tracks.
